​2026 Town/County The Town of Ischua Tax Collector will be accepting payments for the 2026 Town/County taxes beginning January 1, 2026. Credit card and ACH payments will be accepted by clicking the Xpress-pay it! button below. The link will not work before January 1st.

XPRESS PAY charges the cardholder/payor an additional site fee at checkout: 
                   2.85% + $0.40/card transaction
                   $2.50/eCheck transaction
These fees are collected by the web service provider, not by the Town of Ischua.

Payments can also be mailed to Ischua Tax Collector, P.O. Box 216, Warsaw, NY 14569, or, collection boxes will be placed in the lobby of Five-Star Bank offices in Olean and Cuba. Please make checks payable to: Ischua Tax Collector. When paying by mail, payments must be postmarked by the last day of the month, or the payment will be returned and penalties will be charged.

**Note: **This year January 31 and February 28 fall on Saturdays. NYS law requires us to accept a postmark of February 2 and March 2 without penalty. This only applies to those payments that are being sent via USPS and does not apply to online payments. Please see important news for USPS customers below.
Notice for tax payers from Five-Star Bank: When converting cash for tax payment purposes, if you do not have an account with Five-Star Bank and come to the branch with cash, the bank will charge a $6.00 fee to convert the cash to a bank cashier check. The tax payment is not processed at the branch and is sent to Lockbox for processing. This fee has been waived in the past but beginning this tax season it will no longer be waived.
